Human Race 10k

I am happy to announce that I finished the 10k !  I didn't do as well as I wanted, but considering I took off a month or soo (laziness I think!) I guess I should be happy I finished !!

ran 4.01 mi on 10/5/2009 at 8:08 AM with a pace of 15'04"/mi

 

I'm pretty behind on running, took some time off since hubby was home.  Hopefully I will get back in the swing of things :)
