I have started the C25K program again .. hopefully I will be able to complete it this time.
We recently got a membership to the YMCA and I plan on doing most of my working out there. It is only about 15 minutes from my house and office.
This first day was pretty easy. I have been running off and on for awhile. My main goal is to be able to run an entire 5k without walking.
Here are my stats from the first day:
Distance: 2.28 miles
Time: 32:00 minutes
Pace: 14'00" per mile
Calories: 304
I came across your blog because I am also starting Couch to 5K - I'm on week 1 for the 2nd time because I don't feel ready for week 2 yet. Good luck!
