Training Day 10

ran 2.03 mi on 9/14/2009 at 8:12 AM with a pace of 14'03"/mi  

Treadmill

5 min. warmup

60 sec run ... 90 sec walk ... for 2 miles

My pace was good with this ... my pace goal was 15' !  

I did yoga after and WOW... my muscles that were a little sore after feel sooo much better !!!
